What a must read!! In a world filled with prescription or self-medication to avoid life's pressures, Robert has created a go-to source for simplifying life and finding joy anytime. It would be almost impossible for someone to read and apply this book and still be unhappy.
Happiness is something that everyone searching for in life. After reading this book, I feel fulfilled knowing that the fact there are some golden rules once I follow and I will be happy instantly. This is a grand book that everyone should have one to live a blissful life.
Happiness comes from within.... this book! It does not come from buying things, materialism, or that new toy that your neighbor has. Being happy takes putting forth effort in the right direction. If ignorance is bliss then why are there so many unhappy people? Because those people are trying the wrong things, thinking that those things will bring them happiness. Stop chasing that dragon thinking it will make you happy.
I have been a pessimist for so long and I wanted that to change. With the help of this book I have learned that it's not that hard to make my life easier and happy. A smile can really change a lot. Exercise is the number factor that can make anyone happy all day and even everyday. I can't wait to start a new life and make the most out of it just by staying happy and positive at all times. I really recommend this book to everyone.
While the points presented all had merit, the lack of english language flow distracted from the read. Please have a native speaker translate the book! I also preferred it when studies were cited to back up the claims made. That said, interact with people, especially people you know well, be appreciative, exercise, give, help and share, let others have their own opinions, forgive, love yourself, do what you enjoy and smile! It increases endorphins, oxytocin, alleviates stress and makes you well and happy.
